We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you placed an order and wish to cancel within 24hours of placing it, you will be charged a transaction fee per (Paypals Policy)
Eligible damaged items may be returned for Store Credit ONLY within 30 days from the ship date received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email a photo of your damaged item to our Customer Care Team at email@example.com and they will respond to you within 48 hours.
Only Regular priced items may be refunded for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Unfortunately any SALE/FREE items cannot be refunded. FINAL SALE, bodysuits and swimsuits, or undergarments are non-returnable.
We do not do exchanges period. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are custom made and in very high demand.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
